"I'm expecting to see a lot of improvement with players. The ability to bond this season is very strong, so I think that will definitely help us with communicating and understanding what each player's strengths are on the field," said Fay.

  • Cadona faces his incoming defender as he spins away from the pressure in order to keep possession of the ball. "We always offer any advice we can give to each other and make sure that we help out our teammates as much as possible so that we can improve. We could work on general communication and continue to try to help everyone else improve," said Cadona.
