New jedi training course for 2011-2012 school year

Carlmont administration has leaked the news that starting next year, along with the new schedule changes, there will be a new course offered, Jedi Training.

If there is enough interest there will also be an AP course offered, AP Theory of the Force. Unfortunately, not everyone will be able to take these courses because like some advanced classes at Carlmont there are prerequisites, and to take one of these classes students must be Force sensitive.

There is no definitive answer as to who will be teaching the classes next year, but it is rumored that AP Government/Economics and regular Economics/Government teacher, Ms. Kristine Weisman, is one of the candidates.

There are mixed reactions of Carlmont students where some are eagerly looking forward to it like Derek Gunther. “I’d love to have a Jedi Training class at Carlmont and I would probably take AP Theory of the Force if it is offered,” said Gunther.

Others, however, are not as eager as Gunther. They most likely dread the chance that another Emperor or Vader could be trained here at Carlmont and then try and take over the school.
