On March 27th, 2023, three students and three staff walked into Nashville’s Covenant Christian Elementary School, unaware that they would not make it out alive. Audrey Hale used three legally purchased guns to randomly shoot through the school halls. This marks the thirteenth fatal school shooting of 2023, another instance in which America has failed its children. America has let down its children. (Shiyo Ohashi)
