Dark chocolate is a bitter-sweet, rich delicacy many enjoy snacking on and consider a healthier alternative to other chocolates. However, dangerous news has surrounded this beloved snack. Research from Consumer Reports, a nonprofit organization, found heavy metals in all 28 different dark chocolate bars they tested. They studied various chocolate bars, ranging from small brands like Alter Eco and more prominent brands like Dove and Ghirardelli. The researchers found that eating an ounce of dark chocolate a day would put adults at harmful levels of lead and cadmium. Glydelle Espano
