Sarah Everard’s story is haunting women worldwide, but it’s only one of many. Sexual harassment and assault have become a vast societal problem that has placed many women in an uncomfortable and anxious state of mind. Even wearing bright clothes, talking on the phone, and walking through lit paths have failed to prevent harm perpetrated by men. (Brynn Toomasson)
