Don’t fear students, we have the answer for you! Tomorrow after school the box office will be open for you to be able to purchase STUDENT RUSH TICKETS. This special offer is for students only and is only available at the box office next to the theater tomorrow from 2:30-4:00pm. The special student rush price is TWO FOR ONE! Yearbooks! Get your Yearbooks! Have you purchased a yearbook yet? If not, would you like to purchase a yearbook for this school year? If you would like a yearbook for the 2013-2014 school year, make sure to go online and purchase one. Visit Carlmon’ts website and click on the “Online Check In Cart” under the “Quick Links” section. Remember, if you do not purchase a yearbook ahead of time, there is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase one at the end of the school year so log on and get yourself a yearbook. Dress up for Homecoming Week next week: Monday, wear pajamas. Tuesday is Hip Hop for upperclassmen vs. Country for underclassmen. Wednesday is What Not to Wear Day, Thursday is Safari Day. And Friday, of course, is School Spirit Day. -Kelly

Do you like candy? Well listen up because starting now, we will be doing a daily candy giveaway during the announcements. Every day one student will be randomly chosen, so if you hear your name come down to the ASB room, A8, during the first ten minutes of lunch to claim your delicious candy prize. -Kelly

Homecoming Dance Tickets are on sale now. The price will go up next week! It’s a White Out theme with blacklights, glow in the dark, and lots o’ white! So, get down to the ASB room at lunch to buy your Dance tickets. They cost $10 with a PAL and $15 without. Don’t forget. Homecoming Dance ticket prices are going up next week. Students! This week is national Teen Read Week. This year’s theme is Seek the Unknown – which encourages teens to explore and learn about the unknown through mystery, adventure, sci-fi, and fantasy book. This week is also your opportunity to take part in the Young Adult Library Association, YALSA’s annual Teens’ Top Ten where you can join teens choosing across the Country, and voice your choice by voting for your favorite book. Students may come to the library to vote. -Laine
