Daily Bulletin 8/27/13

The Carlmont After school tutoring center will reopen on Tuesday, August 27. We are open for computer work and tutoring every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday until 4:15 pm. East Palo Alto students may take the late 4:30 bus home. -Enberg

Student parking permits are on sale THIS WEEK! Permits are $100 and are available to Seniors for the senior lot and to all drivers for the Scots Gym lot. Applications can be picked up in the Treasurer’s Office, room A9. Parking permits sell out very quickly, usually within the first few days! Do not wait, get your parking permits purchased EARLY! You’ll need your student ID to purchase a permit. -Gillogly

There will be a girls basketball meeting on Wednesday, September 4 in the main gym at lunch. Anyone interested in playing should attend. -Smith

BUILD students your program starts Monday the 26th at the BUILD site in Redwood City. E2 students please attend on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, E3 students attend on Mondays and Thursdays and E4 students come in at least one day Monday – Thursday. Your BUILD mentors and program staff are looking forward to working with you! -Kruse-Silva

There is a boys basketball meeting at lunch in the main gym on Thursday, September 5. Anyone interested in playing should attend. -Smith

BUILD students going to after school tutoring should get on Bus #25 to the BUILD headquarters in Redwood City. -Kruse-Silva

Are you interested in joining Chinese culture club? If so, come to room T10 this Wednesday to discuss fun events for this year while learning and sharing the Chinese culture. -Chiang

The Fall Sports Parent/Guardian meeting will be held in the main gym on Thursday, August 30 at 7:00pm. If you have an student-athlete playing on a fall sport team please plan on attending. This is your opportunity to meet your child’s coach and hear him/her address such issues as sportsmanship, scheduling, team expectations, team policies and procedures, fundraising and transportation. This is also the time to address any questions you may have. -Smith
