Become a Teen Leader Reader! Belmont Library is looking for high school volunteers to help 2nd-4th graders improve their reading skills. To participate, teens will attend a training session and volunteer one hour a week for a total of 20 hours. In order for teens to be paired with young readers, teens are asked to come to the training prepared to list their weekly schedule availability. Community service credit is available! This is a fun, meaningful way to gain experience working with children and earn community service hours. The training session will take place on Monday, September 30 from 7-8 PM. To RSVP or if you have any questions, please contact Michelle Loomis at (650) 591-8286, or [email protected]. -Laine
