Community members joined together to celebrate Día de los Muertos at a lively event hosted by the San Mateo Police Activities League and the City of San Mateo Parks and Recreation Department on Oct. 12 at Dr. Martin Luther King Community Park. The event featured traditional food, music, altars, booths from various community organizations and vendors, performances highlighting Indigenous culture, and more.
