Halloween Rally: Thriller and Costume Contest

Carlmont Dance staggers up to center stage as they convene to perform Thriller for their audience in the Student Union.

The students turn suddenly to pose for the crowd, surprising and exciting the audience.

“The dance itself is quite fun, and it’s a top classic I’d say,” said McDaniel. “It was extra credit to perform, and the people who put the work into it were really fun to work with. It was all totally worth it when we performed.”

“I’ve wanted to win the costume contest my senior year since I got to Carlmont,” said senior Andrew Wach. “I feel so exhilarated right now: this is everything I dreamed.”

Carlmont teachers show their spirit by dressing as the main character of Where’s Waldo and attending the Halloween lunch rally.
