Instead of eating a bowl of cereal, it is better to eat two whole avocados, three whole eggs, and two slices of bread with butter or some other fat/protein. Maliya Anderson, captain of the JV Carlmont Cheer team, said, "Ever since changing from cereal every morning to a more sustainable breakfast, I've had more energy than ever."
Ryan Holoyda is a sophomore at Carlmont High School and this is his first year writing for Scot Scoop. He has gone into his fifth season of playing football and knows what he is doing when it comes to sports.
