Elizabeth Cruz is a junior at Carlmont High School and a second-year journalist with Scot Scoop. She is one of the vice presidents of her class and is currently employed at Nothing Bundt Cakes. The varsity girls and coaching staff cheer on the sidelines in support of their teammate Charlotte Lin making a basket. I think the closeness of the game, the adrenaline factor, does really show. We picked up the intensity level starting right from the first quarter, played really well as a team, and had great team chemistry overall, Lin said.
