On Nov. 7 2025, Carlmont’s varsity football team faced off against Sequoia High School. This was the Scots’ senior night, which brought together many emotions and celebrations for the football, dance, and cheer teams. The football team lost in a close final few minutes with a score of 35-34. The dance team performed a special dance that highlighted the seniors through solo performances.

Hunter Prince (class of 2027) is a junior at Carlmont High School and is an editor for the Highlander. Outside of school, you can see him playing with the Peninsula Youth Orchestra and volunteering with the Young Men’s Service League. He also enjoys running for the Varsity Track/XC team.
