As the track and field season came to a close, the Carlmont Scots delivered strong performances at the PAL Track and Field Finals on May 9, 2026. The girls’ team captured first place, while the boys’ team finished fourth. Athletes from Carlmont competed across sprinting, distance, jumping, and throwing events throughout the meet. The Scots closed out the season with multiple high finishes and personal records as teammates, coaches, and supporters gathered to celebrate the final league championship meet of the year.

Rowan Sheng (class of 2027) is a junior and second-year journalist at Carlmont High School. He is excited about his second year producing articles and videos for the Carlmont journalism program. In his free time, he enjoys wrestling for Carlmont and the Belmont Wrestling Academy club, and also attending Chruch and bible studies with his friends. He is also a part of YMSL, volunteering for the community on the weekends.
