On Feb. 8, 2026, Carlmont’s varsity boys’ and girls’ wrestling teams competed at the PAL championships after months of training and preparation. Athletes entered this competition with a goal of winning; after last year’s victory, they came in ready to defend their title. With many podium finishes, multiple wrestlers went into the week ready to compete at the CCS championships the following weekend.
