Cartoon: Panera’s second alleged Charged Lemonade death

Panera’s Charged Lemonade is under scrutiny for a second alleged death, as a Florida man reportedly died after consuming three servings of the highly caffeinated drink. The large size of Charged Lemonade contains more caffeine than a 12-ounce Red Bull and a 16-ounce Monster Energy Drink combined. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) must reassess its caffeine intake guidelines to prevent these fatalities from caffeinated beverages. (Emma Yin)
