Cartoon: X Disables reporting electoral misinformation

X, formerly known as Twitter, has removed the ability to report a post for political misinformation. This policy change arrives as a backdrop to the upcoming campaign period of the 2024 US Presidential Election. As the European Union recently described his site as having the highest degree of misinformation of any major social media platform, CEO Elon Musk seems to value an individual’s right to lie over the public’s right to be factually informed.
