Amber Chia is a senior at Carlmont High School. She is a Managing Editor for Carlmont’s newsmagazine, Highlander, as well as a staff writer for Scot Scoop. She is also a student columnist and intern at the San Mateo Daily Journal. She enjoys covering topics that simultaneously reveal personal stories from her community.
