Kylan Wang, a junior and aspiring fashion designer, labored for the past three weeks to design and manufacture the first of many customized sweaters for a friend and client of his, Maxwell Parker. Though Wang is familiar with both fashion design and jewelry-making — and had sold his original jewelry pieces in the past — he had yet to officially take on commissions for garments, which he hopes to do so more frequently in the future.
