Cartoon: Helping Feral Cats

The Bay Area has experienced a surge in its feral cat population. In order to keep cat numbers under control, one can use a method known as TNR, or “trap, neuter, and return.” Humanely trapping the animal is essential before getting it neutered or spayed so that it cannot further increase the population. Following the procedure, one should return the cat to its territory. (Glydelle Espano)
