Cartoon: Rivers everywhere

“Soaked” is the best way to describe Carlmont High School and the rest of California; atmospheric rivers have brought a stormy onslaught of rain and wind that prompted the administration to cancel school on Wednesday, March 15, due to a power outage. The rivers aren’t just in the sky, either. Situated on a hill, Carlmont and its outdoor corridors have directed the flow of runoff and silt. (Andrew Shu)
