Half Moon Bay Wasabi spices up the sushi scene

Jeff Roller and Tim Hall took on the challenge of growing the world’s most difficult crop: Wasabi. Now their fresh wasabi is being served in some of the countries’ top restaurants.

    Astounding , accomplished Kiana George…what an interesting n eye opening feature about yum wasabi in our own state n nearby county. Hooray for entrepreneurs like these two gentlemen. ..n our tummies thank you.
