Advanced Dance students perform to "Pure Honey" by Beyoncé, moving in sync under the warm lights. Dancers confidently moved through the choreography, cleanly maneuvering in sharp, coordinated movements. The intensity the dancers brought on stage helped capture the bold nature of the song.
The Carlmont Dance programs performed their spring concert on Friday, May 1. The performance included both the Intermediate and Advanced dance programs, featuring over 15 songs ranging from hip-hop to ballet to tap. The choreography and the show itself were almost entirely student-run, providing students in the dance program an opportunity to showcase what they’ve been working on throughout the semester.
