One of the main reasons for Carlmont’s victory was their stronger serving, with San Mateo players often struggling to return them.
The Carlmont Scots boys varsity tennis team dominated the San Mateo Bearcats on Thursday, Feb. 27. The Scots had a strong showing, winning all seven of their matches comfortably. The Scots so far have had a strong start to their season also beating Menlo Atherton in their league opener.
