Television has been around since the mid-20th century, offering entertainment to people across the globe, but modern streaming services have changed the way we think about watching movie or shows. “Streaming services are a lot easier because you know it's everything at the tips of your fingers," said Rachel Zizmor, a sophomore at Carlmont High School.

Absorbed in her phone, with her AirPods in, Shoshana Melon, a sophomore at Carlmont High School, appears busy and distracted. Melon wears headphones like many other teenagers. Daniel Ricci is a freshman at Northern Valley Regional High School at Demarest in New Jersey. “I usually have them in between periods, in class, if they let you, and if I'm going somewhere, like on a walk. So pretty much all the time,” Ricci said.
