AP Exams are on sale Monday, Mar. 14 through Friday, Mar. 18. Exams are $90 each and can be paid for via cash or check (payable to Carlmont High School.) Sales are taking place during lunch in the treasurer’s office.

Carlmont AP Memo for 2011 (Same info as below)
1. The fee for each AP Exam this year will be $90. AP offers a $22 fee reduction for students who qualify for financial assistance because of economic hardship. Additional fee reduction may be available through the state for students who meet family income guidelines. NOTE: Any test ordered but not taken results in a $13 non-refundable fee. Tests taken during the “late testing period” incur an additional $40 charge.
2. Students who wish to apply for the $22 AP fee reduction and/or state reduction must pick up a “Request for AP Financial Aid” form in the treasurer’s office, fill it out, and return it to the treasurer’s office no later than Friday, Mar. 4, 2011. The application requires specific documentation of financial need. No requests for financial aid will be accepted after this deadline.
3. REGISTRATION will be at LUNCHTIME AND 7th PERIOD ONLY in the Treasurer’s Office from Mar. 14 through Mar. 18, 2011 (ONE WEEK ONLY).. Registrations after March 18th may result in a $50 late charge. SIGN UP IN PERSON.
4. Make checks payable to Carlmont High School and write your student number in the “Memo” space on the check. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT
Mandatory Pre-ID Session’s Apr. 26 – 2:20PM, Apr. 27 – 8:00AM (by appointment only with Ms. Langkusch), Apr. 28 – 3:15PM. Every Student taking an AP exam must attend one of these sessions. NO EXCEPTIONS. Students need to inform coaches and employers of this MANDATORY SESSION.

Do you allow Non-Carlmont students from other high schools to take AP tests together with Carlmont students? If yes, what is the registration procedure for it and is the cost and dead-lines are different? Looking forward to hear from you!
