Cartoon: Curbing Coal Consumption

At this year’s COP26 United Nations Climate Change Conference, 197 countries met to discuss keeping global warming under control. India made one of the more shocking changes to their compromise, allowing companies to “phase down” the coal consumption rather than phase it out completely.
