As the war between Russia and Ukraine continues, President Biden announces that the U.S. will ban oil importation from Russia to impose economic sanctions. Biden’s declaration of sanctions allowed the average gasoline price to surpass the highest record in 2008 of $4.103 per gallon with $4.331. (Yura Park)
