Cartoon: Soon to save a fortune

Every Californian driver with a gasoline car felt the weight in their pockets continue to lighten as gas prices kept climbing. However, good fortunes are coming to California, as studies show that prices will likely decline in the near future. According to an article by KTLA (KCBS TV in Los Angeles) 5, the head of Petroleum Analysis at GasBuddy, Patrick De Haan, explained that gas prices may decline shortly because the gas refinery issues California is currently facing are being fixed, and the winter gas blend is cheaper to produce.
