Jessica Conley is a senior at Carlmont High School and enjoys creating cartoons and writing for Scot Scoop. She loves playing water polo and skiing. In addition to sports, she is actively involved in the community, participating in Belmont’s Youth Advisory Committee and as Senior Patrol Leader of BSA Troop 301.
