The Cheesecake Factory, located at the Hillsdale mall, opened up more recently as an elegant change to dining in the mall. With great ambiance and service, this restaurant is a perfect place to go on a fancy dinner date or a special family occasions.

At The Cheesecake Factory, there is a wide menu filled with choices including  pastas, salads, pizzas, and burgers.

I ate a rich fettuccine alfredo, the sauce had a great consistency and was extremely filling. Another bonus was the portion size, there tends to be leftovers and the meals are large enough to share  between two people. The prices do tend run a little high because of the large portions.

The expense of the meals comes along with great customer service and a more formal ambiance. The waiters were extremely helpful and pointed out specials and personal favorites.

The menus were a little more difficult to read because of the dim lighting. The sit down experience is worth the money spent on food, but there is also option of ordering to go.

As a result of popularity, there are can be a bit of wait especially near dinner and lunch on weekends. The few negatives aspects like cost and wait time are cancelled out by overall experience, quality, and quantity of the food.

“Cheesecake Factory is the perfect place to go especially for a classier dinner party of any sort plus how can you not love the food,” said senior Sarah Farbstein.
