Cuisinett is a local French restaurant, located on San Carlos Avenue.
Cuisinett serves many different classic French “soul food” plates. This ranges from salads, meats with original sauces, and sandwiches. The sandwiches offered at Cuisinett are served on fresh baguettes.
When a customer orders a sandwich, he or she has the option of either having the sandwich warm or cold.
The sandwiches on the menu vary from simple French classics such as ham and cheese to more extravagant French sandwiches.
Though the sandwiches are good, my favorite meal at Cuisinett is the chicken with coq aux vin sauce. The coq aux vin sauce is a classic French red wine sauce, that tastes delicious on the chicken. The customer also has the option of salad or french fries to go with his or her chicken.
I always choose the french fries, and believe that they’re the best french fries that I have ever had.
Cuisinett’s menu also offers other dishes that accommodate to any customer’s cravings.
One can get a variety of meats such as chicken, steak, and cote de porc paired with a large range of sauces.
If one prefers seafood, Cuisinett offers dishes with muscles, shrimp, and tuna.
The menu in Cuisinett is on a large chalk board above the cash register. The menu is written in French with each dish listed in its traditional French title. Though the menu is in French there are English titles underneath the French listing.
The employees at Cuisinett all know French and the menu, and will help anyone with understanding the menu.
The wait for one’s food is also fairly short. The waiters will bring you your food shortly after you order, and the food is well worth the wait.
The one downside to Cuisinett is its hours. Due to the fact that Cuisinett is a family owned restaurant, it is not open on Sundays.
Cuisinett’s prices are on the higher end of the spectrum. Though they are not outrageous, the prices are not very cheap either.
Cuisinett is a great choice for anyone who is looking for great French soul food, in downtown San Carlos.
