The Carlmont Scots bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday, winning by a score of 43-33 against the Fremont Firebirds on Oct. 27.
The theme of the night was “Pink Out,” supporting the fight against breast cancer. This game was a special one for the Carlmont community as it marks the last Friday night game for the Scots.
“It’s just really important to recognize Breast Cancer Awareness Month and make sure that we honor it,” said ASB President Rohan Haldankar.
The cheer team brought out a surprise guest out for their halftime performance: Mini Monty’s cheer camp, a group of young cheerleaders from the community, which added to the excitement of the night. With one more game in league left for the Scots, the players intend to continue their hard work and dedication in hopes of defeating rival Sequoia Ravens.
