The Carlmont Lady Scots finished their league season strong with two wins against South San Francisco and Oceana high schools with a combined margin of victory of 78 points.
The Lady Scots finished with an league mark with eight wins and two losses, earning them a second place finish in the Peninsula Ocean division.
With this second place finish in the Peninsula Ocean division, the Lady Scots will be entering this week in the Peninsula Atheltic League tournament against the winner of Woodside and Westmoor game on Tuesday night.
They will host this game on Wednesday night at Carlmont and tip off the game at seven.
The Lady Scots look to make a run in this tournament to improve their seeding in the Central Coast Section tournament next week, and look to keep up the success of the girls’ basketball program.
