Carlmont’s first season for lacrosse has officially come to an end. The Scots finished their season with a record of 1-11.
Their only win was against Leland High School when they played for their first time earlier this year on Mar. 23.
The Scots played their last game on May 4, against Leland High School in San Jose. Unfortunately, they were not able to end their season with a victory finishing the game with a final score of 18 to 6.
Seniors Jimmy Szelenyi and Kalvin Tousant, and sophomores KC Montgomery, Connor Swanson, and Kemper Ray all scored goals.
Senior captain Kalvin Tousant stated, “Even though it was a rough season, we had a lot of fun and I think next year we will get better.”
Junior Ben Salaman summed up the season with one word, “SWAG.”
Their season may be over, but the Scots are determined to have a more successful season next school year with new players and more experience than they had this year.
