After 49 interviews and some tough decisions by the old and new executive boards, the 2013-14 Associated Student Body class was chosen. There were a total of 12 new commissioners picked to be in ASB.
Many of the new commissioners are excited to enter into the class. Get to know a few of your new commissioners:
Emma Lin – Publicity – Class of 2015
– “I’m excited to be more involved in school and I love making posters.”
– Scared of snails
Andrew Wach – Dance – Class of 2015
– “I have a lot of great ideas that I would love to share and spread around school.”
– Loves platypuses
Seena Sebt – Finance – Class of 2016
– “This year all these fun activities were going on and I wanted to be a part of it.”
– Loves sports
Kristin Friis – Publicity – Class of 2015
– “I really want to be a bigger part of school and I want to make Carlmont a better and more fun place.”
– Is a competitive cheerleader
Spencer Stewart – Lunchtime Activities – Class of 2016
– “I’m excited to make new friends and experience something where I’m involved in activities that make our school cooler.”
– Ran into a wall a week after learning how to walk
Gabi Dimick – Assemblies – Class of 2016
– “I can use my leadership skills for a good purpose and have fun in the class.”
– Has nine siblings and they all have outie belly buttons
Veronica Pontis – Human Relations – Class of 2015
– “I love to help other people and I’m looking forward to meet new people who are enthusiastic about helping make Carlmont a better place for everyone.”
– Loves to bake but is gluten intolerant
