Phoebe Gulsen is a senior and is Editor-in-Chief of the Carlmont Journalism Scotcenter program. She produces mainly human interest and social justice videos, in hopes of providing a deeper story through local news. Gulsen is a graduate of the 2021 Boston University Summer Journalism Institute and over the past three years, has earned national and international awards for her work.
