Welcome back to another episode of Home Cafe! Today, we will be fusing the tropical flavors of peach and passionfruit in a green tea beverage, pairing the summery fusion with lychee jelly. Lychee and peach cultivation originated in China, while passionfruit was first harvested in South America, so we will be creating a blend with ingredients from both the southern and northern hemispheres.
