Bioshock Infinite a must play

Since its release a week ago, Bioshock Infinite has been dubbed a master piece by many game critics. The game received a perfect ten out of ten score from both Game Informer Magazine and the Official Playstation Magazine for the stunning graphics and exciting plot line.

The game is set in 1912 on a magical floating city named Columbia, where many factions are fighting to take control of the city. The hero is Agent Booker DeWitt and his overall goal is to save a woman named Elizabeth and bring peace to the city.

Bioshock is highly applauded because of how it allows the player to make his or her own choices, unlike other games where they must follow strict directions to continue. In Bioshock, the players can be either evil or good, a protagonist or antagonist, and every choice alters the plot line. After finishing the game, players can play again and make different choices that lead to a different ending.

Along with the plot line, the setting of the game is different than any other. In Columbia, the player deals with societal issues such as class warfare between the rich and poor, extreme patriotism, and a large amount of racism. The player can choose to fight, protect, or ignore all of these different groups.

Available on PC, Xbox, and PS3, this 20 hour long adventure will change your views and opinions on what a first person shooter should be. This game is definitely worth the price because you can play it over and over and still never get bored.
