“Words With Friends” is a Scrabble-esque game that people with Androids and iPhones/iPod touches are experiencing everywhere. Often players are stuck in situations where there is a limited field of board space to play, and a rack of high-scoring yet tricky letters. Here are some two, three, and four letter words that will score you some major points if placed in the correct places:
– Qi    – Ja   – Ex    – Zen    – Zit     -Jot
– Xi   – Fi     – Ax    – Tzar   – Pub  – Ave
– Raj  – Pi     – Vex  – Ya    – Kip   – Ha
– Taj  – Jo    – Hex  – Yea   – Ki    – Kay
Why even make note of these words? Well, any good Scrabble or Words With Friends player knows that its the compound two or three letter words that produce the higher scores. When placed on a Triple Letter Score tile space a “Z” can be worth no less than thirty points, and when two words incorporate the thirty-pointer letter the point value nearly doubles.
An example:
ZÂ Â Â Â Â EÂ Â Â N
I
T
The point-value for the compound word is 64.
