Welcome back to All Things Animals! This episode features Suzanne Whaley, an Oakland resident, who has been fostering dogs for seven years.

She works with a rescue organization, Nobody’s Perfekt Dogs and Cats. Through her family’s storefront and social media, she advocates for more fosters.

Some of her past foster dogs were found near homeless camps, so she also discusses the correlation between pet costs and abandoned animals.
