Three recipes to start Heart Month right

Every February, The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, along with The Heart Truth, a national health education program, celebrate American Heart Month and push Americans to live healthy lifestyles. 

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in America, but it is possible to maintain good cardiovascular health by prioritizing fitness and eating good foods. I put together three easy and heart-healthy recipes to celebrate this year’s American Heart Month.
