The Carlmont varsity girls soccer team defeated the Burlingame Panthers with a score of 2-1 on Thursday, Jan. 29. The Scots jumped out to an early lead, scoring twice in the first half and using strong teamwork and communication to control the pace of the game. Burlingame scored once in the second half, but Carlmont maintained its composure and defensive focus to hold on to the win.
