Quarantine Running Ep. 1: Staying motivated

Quarantine Running is a vlog series about continuing athletic training during the shelter in place orders caused by the COVID-19 outbreak. In this series, Eddy will go on runs while discussing a topic related to training and the lockdown. This episode’s topic is about staying motivated to continue training during this crisis.
