Another day, another boba shop opens. TP Tea, in San Mateo, Calif. is still in a soft opening stage but is already making waves on the boba scene. With a convenient 4th avenue location, TP Tea has been thrown into the figurative fire of the San Mateo restaurant scene. However, will TP Tea be able to distinguish itself from the other 17 boba shops in downtown San Mateo?
