Junior Isabella Wilson plants her foot to change the direction of her run. Wilson had the opportunity to score a touchdown by outrunning or juking the defender. Unfortunately, Wilson was unable to reach the end zone without a Sequoia player pulling her flag.
The Carlmont varsity girls flag football team faced off against the Sequoia Ravens at Aragon High School.
The Scots scored multiple points within the first few minutes of the game. Sequoia answered Carlmont’s efforts by tying the game 13-13 at halftime. In the second half, however, the Scots doubled their points while keeping Sequoia from scoring any additional touchdowns. They secured their win with a final score of 26-13.
