After long days of travel, vans, and recreational vehicles (RVs) station themselves at RV-designated campgrounds overnight. "The number one reason why we are still doing van life is because it is such a stress reliever," said van resident Jason Arbour. "It's so easy to just not know what's going on in the world and not be stressed or scared from what the tabloids are saying."

About 1.6 million people visit ancient Incan ruins of Machu Picchu in Peru each year. This high volume of tourists inspired a permit system, first implemented in 2000, to limit the number of people visiting daily. This has successfully mitigated potential overuse or erosion of the site while still allowing people to experience the wonder of the destination.

After the TikTok ban was revoked, users of the app began to take note of the fact that some topics, specifically ones that went against President Donald Trump’s ideals, were censored. So, they created a code hashtag: cute winter boots. under this hashtag, people began to post their videos on topics that would have otherwise been censored, allowing the information to reach a wider audience. As much as the government wants to limit free speech, people will always find a way to express their opinions, even if it means they have to go out of their way to do so. Either way, the government, under the Constitution, does not have the right to censor speech against it, and the fact that people are recognizing this and making it known is a step in the right direction.

President Donald Trump claimed that “the war on women’s sports is over” when he signed an executive order titled “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports.” The reason behind the executive order is to address the debate surrounding the fairness of allowing transgender individuals to compete with cisgender athletes. Many believe that transgender individuals, specifically ones assigned male at birth, have a biological and physical advantage over their cisgender female opponents due to the hypothesis that androgenic hormones are associated with enhanced athleticism. In favor of these beliefs, President Trump signed an executive order to promote fairness and equality by banning transgender athletes from women’s sports. However, cisgender athletes often have biological advantages as well, such as higher testosterone levels or abnormal height. Despite this, the new executive order targets transgender individuals while dismissing other cases of inequality in women’s sports, raising inquiries about the true intent of President Trump’s executive order.
