Carlmont High School students Samantha Turtle, a sophomore, and Tyler Dartnell, a junior, push themselves to take on the time and commitment of participating in more than one sport. In order to balance the multitude of demands being a student requires, they must maintain a healthy schedule and use their time efficiently.
