Just the students smoke. Their fault for doing it. Students DO NOT CARE about the school rules. They leave campus, they smoke, I mean they even Juul in class and teachers don’t notice. If bathrooms are closed they will just use other ones. Plus they will leave class more to do it during class. You can’t stop it all.
