The Goblin Walk in San Carlos, hosted by the city’s parks and recreation department, is an annual tradition where the community celebrates Halloween. It has now been a decade since the event started, and 22 shops on Laurel Street took part in giving out candy to the youth this year. With first responders on the scene, children can safely trick or treat and admire the beautiful costumes participants wear.
